How To Prepare For JAMB And Pass When The Exam Is Very Close [No One Will Tell You This]

Last Updated On July 7, 2020 By Saheed Soneye 2 Comments Tagged With: JAMB, JAMB Guides, JAMB Secrets

How to prepare for JAMB and pass in two weeks to one month. That is exactly what I am going to show you in this article today.

how to prepare and pass jamb in two weeks

Calm down, you don’t need to prepare a whole year before you can pass JAMB. You can prepare for JAMB in just one month and still pass it.

336.

That is the number of hours in two weeks. Is it enough to prepare for JAMB and pass? Well, I’d say YES (if and only if you know the right techniques to prepare at the 11th hours).

Is jamb hard to pass? Totally Not! The problem is that many those who claimed it is hard failed to prepare the right way, hence they fail.

Listen,

The way you prepare for JAMB in 2 weeks to the exam is totally different from how you should prepare in two weeks!

If you are wondering what you need to prepare and pass JAMB in just one to two weeks, you are reading the right article.

You have less than a month to JAMB 2019, is it too late? No! At least not yet.

I will advise you to calm down and read everything on this page without skipping anything.

No stories, no beating around the bush. Here’s how to pass JAMB in 2 weeks.

BEFORE YOU READ ON: The tips in this article are very effective and I used them to prepare and passed my Post UTME in just 3 days.

How To Prepare And Pass JAMB In Two Weeks

  1. LOOK FOR THE BEST TEXTBOOKS
  2. STUDY VERY FAST, YET EFFECTIVELY
  3. FOCUS ON JAMB PREPARATION ONLY
  4. START DATING JAMB PAST QUESTIONS
  5. STUDY AT LEAST 12 HOURS DAILY
  6. STOP GOING TO ANY UTME TUTORIAL
  7. LOOK OUT FOR HELP
  8. USE THE SYLLABUS PROPERLY
  9. LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE
  10. MEMORISE, MEMORISE AND CRAM
  1. LOOK FOR THE BEST TEXTBOOKS

At this die minute, you have to make sure you read only what you need.

There is no time to read unnecessary things that won’t come out in your exam.

One way you can do that is to study the best textbooks (i.e recommended textbooks) for all subjects.

These textbooks have been properly reviewed by JAMB examiners and are standard enough to pass JAMB.

In addition, these textbooks have explained explicitly every single topic questions will come out from in JAMB.

The question that comes to the mind is, “what are the best textbooks for prepare for JAMB and where can I get them?”

Well, I have already compiled everything in one page. See the best textbooks to pass JAMB (All subjects) here.

  1. STUDY VERY FAST, YET EFFECTIVELY

This is a no dulling moment and you are already behind schedule if you are just starting to prepare for JAMB two weeks to the exam.

If you are ever going to meet up, you need to study with the speed of light. That way, you can cover for the past, the present and even the future.

Wait.

I am not telling you to read your books the way you read novels or newspapers.

That is why I said, “Yet effectively”

Is it really possible to study very fast and still remember everything for JAMB? Yes, read the article below to see how.

  • How To Study Fast And Still Remember Everything
  1. FOCUS ON JAMB PREPARATION ONLY

Are you currently involved in any other activity like teaching in a school, learning a skill, selling stuffs or maybe doing a part-time job?

Then, it is high time you stopped.

You cannot combine UTME preparation with other things if you want to pass excellently.

Forget about the reward of the other activity for now, you can find it later after passing JAMB.

REMEMBER: If you fail JAMB this year because of money, you will use money to buy another JAMB form next year.

  1. START DATING JAMB PAST QUESTIONS

Are you single? Then, you just got a new boyfriend/girlfriend (lol). I won’t advise you date any other thing apart from your book at this stage anyway.

So, what’s the purpose of your new relationship with JAMB series?

You are going to get possible questions and answers that will come out in your upcoming examination.

I have already revealed that JAMB repeats past questions and will even in 2019. Click here to see other JAMB secrets I revealed.

See,

The truth is that you cannot complete all your 4 textbooks in just two weeks! You just have to be SMART.

JAMB past questions and answers series will expose you to how JAMB sets their questions plus possible questions in UTME 2019.

But, that’s not all.

There is a way you have to study JAMB past questions in order to make them very effective.

If you study it how everybody does, you will get what everybody gets. See how to study JAMB past questions series to score above 300 in JAMB 2019.

  1. STUDY AT LEAST 12 HOURS DAILY

are you kidding me gif

No, I am not.

I said you cannot complete all your 4 textbooks in 2 weeks, but you can be very close.

In fact, you can cover all the important topics if you know what you are doing.

When I say important topics, I mean topics where JAMB repeats questions from every year.

If you are really committed to your new relationship with JAMB past questions, it will be easy to know these “important topics for all subjects”.

You really have to study A LOT daily in order to cover very far. If you know you cannot read for long hours, read this article.

  1. AVOID UNNECESSARY UTME TUTORIALS

There was a time I was teaching Biology, Physics and chemistry at a UTME tutorial. When it was a month to their exam, I recommended to my students they stopped coming!

I did this even though I knew I won’t be getting paid anymore for one month.

But, you know what?

It paid off on their own part.

I was focused more on the greater reward my students would get then.

In fact, I wasn’t going slowly at all and I covered extensively at least one topic every week.

Yet, I told them to stop coming. Now, I am telling you the same thing.

Unless you study at least 8 hours daily even after the UTME tutorial, then it is high time you stopped.

If the UTME tutorial has been your reason for not studying enough, stop it now and focus on your own personal reading.

Your personal reading matters most if you want to score very high in JAMB.

UTME tutorials are jut meant to teach you some things. It is impossible they cover everything you need unless you have been attending for over a year.

If UTME tutorial has been your main learning process and you haven’t been attending for over 8 months, prepare to be disappoint. Sorry for that, but it’s just the truth.

  1. LOOK OUT FOR HELP

You are not perfect, neither am I.

If you really want to pass JAMB, you will need help to do that.

I see no way you will pass JAMB especially in two weeks without having resources to help you out. Even the best textbooks cannot give you everything you need.

What do I mean?

It is not everything you read that you will understand properly. Help can come in different forms.

  • It can be by going to some people who can explain some things to you
  • You can also help yourself by reading study and JAMB guides on this blog
  • You also need Google to get explanations to some parts when nobody is there to help

You don’t always have to depend on people when search engines like Google is there to help you.

Learn how to use them right to get the answers to your questions.

  1. USE THE SYLLABUS PROPERLY

JAMB syllabus helped me to pass my JAMB and score above 300, so will it help you if you use it right.

The syllabus contains the list of topics JAMB will set their questions from. In fact, they will never set questions out of the syllabus.

You will find the syllabus, what you are expected to cover and all that.

Get the syllabus today and use it while studying each topic. If you can complete the syllabus for all your subjects, you are good to go.

  1. LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE

You have just 2 weeks to prepare for JAMB and pass, there is no time to play at all.

You are probably active on Facebook/WhatsApp while reading this article or maybe you were active on Twitter/Instagram few minutes ago.

If your phone is the first and last thing you deal with when you wake up every day and before you go to bed, you need to change that now.

Addiction to smartphone, gossiping around and all those activities that make you comfortable while wasting your time has to stop now.

Two weeks can change a lot of things if you know what you are doing.

  1. MEMORISE, MEMORISE, THEN CRAM

Repeating Memorise twice isn’t just a coincidence. I have my reason.

So, what’s the gist now?

Always try to memorise no matter what, instead of cramming.

Why I am not advising cramming is that you can easily forget everything you cram. It is not a good study tip unless you are days to the exam.

In one of my previous articles, I discussed the most effective ways to study and memory techniques that work. Click here to read it.

WARNING: Before you read the article above, I want you to know that it is over 2,500 words and works 101% of the time like charm if you can follow the tips.

Let’s go on.

I am also aware that there are some parts of the books that can be very stubborn. If you try to memorise and it’s not working, seek help like I said above.

If you still don’t get it, then cram.

However, I still don’t see any reason why you will need to cram if you follow the memorising tips in this article.

I hope this article was really helpful. If you enjoyed it, please don’t forget to share it using the buttons below. You could be helping someone too.
